WHOLESALE TERMS OF USE
Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence with Style Centre.
These terms and conditions only apply to web site sales.
All goods remain the property of Style Centre Ltd until payment is made in full.
All stock must be paid for in full within 3 days of completing checkout. Failure to do so will cause system checks to cancel your order automatically.
Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT, (where applicable) at the current rates.
VAT will be shown and added separately at the check out and included in the total price you will pay if you are in UK or in the EU (while the UK remains a member of the Single Market).
Prices are exclusive of delivery charges which are quoted separately.
Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant.
Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if is to your benefit.
Minimum Order
The minimum order purchase is £400 and at least 5 items in order to checkout on the website. The products can be mixed and matched, as long as the total is over the minimum amounts.
European/International Customers
We welcome orders from international customers. Prices exclude UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%. The VAT will be added at checkout.
EU VAT Registered Customers: If you are VAT registered our online checkout system will not recognise this so you need to contact us at wholesale@designer-men.com with your VAT registration number and address for verification, then if you place your order on the website and select payment by bank transfer, we will invoice you without VAT under the reverse charge rule of the Single Market, while the UK is still a member.
We also are not responsible for import taxes, this is for you to pay.
Cancellations/Refunds
As the purpose of the site is B2B to sell products for resale to consumers we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged/faulty, if you do receive faulty/damaged items you need to report this within 3 days of receiving your order and provide pictures as proof. If confirmed we will arrange the return of these goods for exchange or refund.
We may accept a request to exchange for another size if made within 3 days of receipt of your order and if all shipping costs are covered by the buyer for the exchange, this however is entirely at managements discretion.
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You must contact us by telephone or email for any returns so that we can direct you to the correct warehouse address, Failure to do this my cause delays with refunds or credits.

Transit Damage
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
Shortages And Faulty or Damaged Stock
Goods should be inspected by the customer upon delivery. The company will not be liable for the shortages, faulty or damaged goods unless notified within 3 days of the receipt of the goods and no further claims will be entertained after this period.
